1. Mixing drum
The running speed of mixing drum exceeds the recommended value, which will cause premature and unnecessary wear of the mixing drum wall and stirring blades. In the stirring process, when the rotation speed is adjusted by the control system, the mixing drum speed should not exceed 14 rpm, while the diesel engine reaches the maximum speed. The abrasion of the spiral stirring blade depends to a certain extent on the use of time and the types of aggregates. And especially the middle part of the mixing tank is more serious. The lateral edge of the blade in the mixing drum is welded with anti-wear protection strip, which can make the spiral blade stronger and prevent the premature occurrence of radial crack. If the abrasion increases, the new protection strip can be welded to the bottom of the old strip. In this way, the spiral blade can be rubbed off about 25mm without obviously affecting stirring and discharging. 2. Hydraulic system
The pressure of the hydraulic pump is 40~45 M Pa. The pressure of the hydraulic system should be in accordance with the requirements in the operating manual of hydraulic parts, and shall not be adjusted arbitrarily. The quality hydraulic oil should meet the original requirements. For the ordinary speed reducer, the first change of oil is after 500 hours of work, only when the oil temperature is at work temperature. The mounting bolts of the reducer must be checked at any time, and the interface should be sealed immediately to avoid dust entering any part of the reducer system. Tighten the coupling bolt only when the hydraulic system is free of pressure (i.e., non-working condition). Preheat the hydraulic system. If the ambient temperature is lower than the minimum temperature (about 10℃) specified in the hydraulic oil, the hydraulic system should be preheated. If the ambient temperature is at -10~-30℃, it must be carried out as follows: first, the engine will be idled for 15 minutes without rotating the mixing drum. Then the engine speed is adjusted to about 1000 rpm, and the speed of the no-load agitator is adjusted to 3 rpm to 5 rpm for 10 min.
3. Water supplying system

(1) When the winter operation is in danger of icing, the water in the water supply system must be drained, and all the control valves should be opened to drain the water.
(2) The water supply system must comply with the local or national pressure vessel regulations. Pressure inspection shall be conducted on the pressure tank and pressure system according to the time limit of pressure vessel inspection specified in the local regulations.
